Terms and Conditions

These terms govern every account registered with SpinyRush Grand Prix Club and apply alongside any specific bonus or promotion rules published separately. By registering an account, a member confirms acceptance of the terms in full.

1. Eligibility

SpinyRush accounts are open only to individuals aged 18 or over who are legal residents of the United Kingdom. One account is permitted per person, per household and per device. SpinyRush reserves the right to close or suspend any account found to breach this rule, including linked accounts identified through shared payment details, address or device fingerprint, and to void any winnings accrued in breach.

2. Account Registration

Members must provide accurate personal information at registration, including full legal name, date of birth and residential address. SpinyRush verifies identity through standard UK Gambling Commission-compliant checks, which may include a passport, driving licence, utility bill or bank statement. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be restricted to withdrawals only, or closed, with any remaining balance returned less any bonus funds forfeited under these terms.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits must be made using payment methods held in the member’s own name; third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned. Withdrawal requests are processed to the original deposit method wherever possible, and SpinyRush reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing large or unusual withdrawal amounts.

4. Welcome Bonus Terms

The welcome bonus matches 150% of a first qualifying deposit up to £2,000. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum qualifying deposit: £10.
• Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount, on eligible slot titles only.
• Time limit: bonus funds and related winnings expire 30 days after activation if unused.
• Maximum bonus stake: £5 per spin or hand while a bonus is active.
• Excluded games: live casino, sportsbook and specified jackpot slots do not contribute to wagering.
• One bonus per household, verified by address, device and payment method.
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is cleared forfeits the remaining bonus balance.

SpinyRush reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering without genuine play, is identified.

5. Responsible Gambling

SpinyRush provides deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, time-outs and full self-exclusion via GAMSTOP. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. 6. Game Rules and Fairness

All slot and live casino games are supplied by licensed third-party providers and independently tested for fairness by approved testing houses. Return-to-player percentages are published within each game’s information panel. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcome, the malfunction voids all pay and play for the affected round, and any resulting balance discrepancy will be corrected in line with the provider’s official game logs.

7. Sportsbook Rules

Sports bets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. Void, postponed or abandoned events are settled per standard industry rules for the sport in question, including specific each-way and dead-heat terms for horse racing, published in full within the dedicated sportsbook rules section. SpinyRush reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has effectively started where a pricing error is identified, known as a palpable error.

8. Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Members may close their account at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Self-excluded members will have all marketing communication stopped immediately and will be unable to reopen the account until the exclusion period has passed and a cooling-off review has taken place. Any pending bonus funds at the point of closure are forfeited.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints should first be raised with SpinyRush support via live chat or email. Unresolved complaints are escalated to a dedicated resolutions team, with a target response time of two working days. If a resolution cannot be reached, members may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution provider approved under the SpinyRush licence, details of which are available from support on request.

10. Changes to These Terms

SpinyRush may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes or operational updates. Material changes will be communicated to members by email or in-account notice ahead of taking effect, and continued use of the account after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and SpinyRush operates under a licence issued and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. Any disputes not resolved through the Alternative Dispute Resolution process are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. General Promotion Terms

All promotions beyond the welcome bonus, including reload offers, cashback and loyalty rewards, are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of launch alongside these general terms. SpinyRush reserves the right to withdraw, amend or restrict eligibility for any promotion at its discretion, and to exclude specific members from future promotions where abuse of promotional terms has previously been identified. Loyalty points accrued through the Podium Loyalty Ladder carry no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

13. Intellectual Property

The SpinyRush name, logo, Grand Prix Club branding and all associated visual assets remain the property of SpinyRush and its licensors. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any SpinyRush branding or content without prior written consent is prohibited.

14. Liability

SpinyRush is not liable for losses arising from a member’s own internet connectivity issues, device malfunction, or failure to secure account login details. Where a technical error on SpinyRush’s own systems results in incorrect crediting of funds, the company reserves the right to correct the balance and reclaim any funds withdrawn in error. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
